Superb Family Holiday. This Hotel just gets better and better

We have stayed at the Botanico previously and really enjoyed it. We returned again with our two young daughters (6 and 8), and had the most delightful time. The Hotel is a genuine haven of quiet luxury. The staff, without exception, were kind and friendly and genuinely interested in helping make our stay lovely. Many of the staff have been there for years and made us feel like we were coming home. From reception, to the restaurants, bar and garden they went the extra mile to make us fell welcome and at home. New staff we met were imbued with the same desire. It takes a special touch to get that right without being over-attentive or fussy or formal. The Botanicos people did it perfectly and we count them among our friends. Our daughters had birthdays whilst we were there. Without prompting the Hotel knew about it and the daughters had a little treat and presents all laid on to surprise them. It's little touches like that which make the difference. As to the Hotel itself and the Gardens: what is there to say that has not been said before. It is perfect. We have stayed in many luxury graded hotels in the past and the Botanico beats them all. If you want wall to wall entertainment and gizmos, go elsewhere. If you just want to indulge yourself around tasteful surroundings, beautiful gardens, with caring people then look no further than the Botanico. We will be back, hopefully many times, and suggest you give it a try to. You will not be disappointed.
