Tucked away in the most exclusive area of Puerto de la Cruz is Hotel Botanico. Overlooking Teide and the Atlantic ocean, and with views of northern Tenerife, the Position is perfect. The Spa is incredible and has its own ground floor area and separate gardens, along with relaxation pools and a cave Jacuzzi. If the weathers bad, then hop inside to the indoor pool which is heated to around 39 degrees. There are 5 separate steam rooms aromatherapy room*** my Favourite, plus sauna, Turkish bath etc. The treatments and choice of massages on offer are varied and there is a huge variety to suit all. This spa has won numerous awards and has been voted best spa in Europe 2014. If you want to be part of the real Tenerife then start here, or end your holiday here.
