A wonderful hotel in Puerto de La Cruz

We stayed for two nights for our anniversary and my birthday.It was wonderful.There is a very good reason for the Botanico being part of the Leading Hotels of the world group because it is outstanding.From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we could not fault it.It is set in wonderful gardens at the top of Puerto away from the urban sprawl.It is peaceful and tranquil.It has an excellent spa with indoor and outdoor pools, treatments, classes of all descriptions and anything you could possibly require.Our room was lovely, overlooking the main swimming pool of the hotel and with a spectacular view of Mount Tiede.there is everything one would need, large wardrobes, huge bed, soft pillows, a large bathroom,it was super.The breakfast was fantastic, anything you would have wanted.We ate lunch by the pool which was very good.The staff are all incredible.Charming, friendly and so helpful.We found the spa staff exceptional . Ursula and Yessica gave us our treatments and they were excellent,always smiling.It made our holiday.There is a bus into the centre of the town which is complimentary.There is table tennis, snooker, all sorts of classes such as Tai Chi ,yoga all complimentary.We cannot think of anywhere that we have been in Tenerife or anywhere in the world that can better this hotel.An outstanding experience.We can't wait to go again
