Excellence in abundance everywhere.....

I have been to many wonderful hotels, but the Hotel Botanico betters them all. From the moment the commissionaire opens your taxi door, and others get your luggage you know everything will be perfect, and it was. Check in was effortless, and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, then escorted to our room, which was stylish and rather lavish,with robes and slippers provided for use in the sensational spar. There was a welcome party for new quests with drinks and beautifully presented nibbles, which were most filling. The cuisine was fantastic with lots of choice, everything cooked to order,and served by very attentive and cheerful staff. The presentation of the cuisine was excellent, and thoroughly enjoyable. The decor throughout the hotel was incredible with oil paintings hung tastefully throughout, and statues everywhere to complement the Oriental style. Every member of staff knew your name and greeted you at every opportunity . The grounds are breathtaking, with lakes,statues, palms, plants, black swans, and their is even a garden of fresh herbs for the chef to freshly pick. The spar was wonderful too, The staff are an asset to this hotel, and we shall be returning next year. Well done everyone.
