Amazing need to be a yearly retreat

We just come back from a week at the Botanico <br/>The level of customer service is impressive and they make sure to listen to you and accommodate you during your stay <br/>The breakfast is very varied a lot of choices. <br/>The three restaurants are really good but the best is the Italian one and the manager of the restaurant is speaking 6 languages and she welcoming every guests personally. <br/>The spa staff and the treatment are top notch <br/>I will say the only minus point will be that the equipment at the gym are a bit old a new treadmill would nice. It would be nice to put a Swiss ball as well as <br/>It would be nice to have an iron and ironing board but I guess they providing for the laundry and ironing service for a price <br/>And more variety in the tv e.g. sky tv hbo and mtv well maybe more choices for the English speakers <br/>Apart from that our stay was magical and we will go back <br/>It is really relaxing <br/> It has to be our yearly retreat to start September refreshed and relaxed
