This outstanding hotel never ceases to deliver the best of service accommodation and cuisine The spa is well run and the extensive hotel grounds maintained to the highest standard Unlike so many expensive London hotels the management are highly visible and set a great example which is followed by all the staff. Let's hope it does not change
