Wonderful
A truly amazing hotel, extremely comfortable with beautiful furniture throughout. The spa is fantastic so much so that our plans to conquer Mt Teide were unashamedly abandoned in favour of relaxing at the spa. Without exception all the staff were welcoming and attentive, I have never experienced such a wonderful attitude amongst hotel staff before. We were unlucky not to be able to make a reservation for the restaurants as we did not book soon enough. I have no hesitation in recommending hotel Botanico, I have enjoyed stays in many superb hotels but this one surpasses them all.

Thanks a lot to change The Teide excursion by a day with us, it is an enormous pride for all of us. On the other hand, we regret that you couldn´t make a reservation for dinner at our Resturants, we hope our staff offered you other suggestive alternatives.
