Relaxing stay

Chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews & our expectations were more than met! We liked the friendly staff & the spotless public areas & rooms. We had a de-luxe room with a view of the gardens & it was more than adequate . We used the free Wi-Fi which proved reliable throughout the hotel . The courtesy bus into town was frequent . The food & drink was on the expensive side but well presented & tasty. We hired a car to best appreciate the wonderful scenery in the North & found signs to the Botanical gardens a useful way of getting back to the hotel as one way systems around Puerto de La Cruz confused us at times!! We cannot fault this hotel & will definitely place it at the top of our list when we return to Tenerife. Highly recommended!
