Wonderful Holiday!
Have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel! From the moment we arrived to literally the moment we left, it was perfection. The Reception Team lead by Toni are an absolute credit to the hotel making you feel welcome and assisting in your every need. The hotel is beautiful and kept spotlessly clean along with your room which is serviced twice a day. We stayed in a Garden View Room with wonderful views of the pool and garden. One evening we had to call for an extra bath towel and it arrived almost before my husband had put the phone down. These small things are what makes your stay so special. You really do get 5 star service! It is always easy to find a sunbed and the Life Guard on duty helps every guest with either towels or making them more comfortable with an umbrella. We stayed half board and enjoyed eating in the 3 restaurants available. The Bar Staff are also incredibly helpful and our thanks to Pedro for looking after us in particular. In fact the list can go on and on! If you are thinking of booking this hotel, don't hesitate, we have already booked up for next year and cant wait!!!!
