Superb Hotel

We have just returned from a 7 day holiday. We booked a sea facing room on a high floor and reconfirmed a few days before arrival. The staff are outstandingly helpful and in particular Toni went out of her way to accommodate our wishes and has been at the hotel for nearly 40 years. We would also like to praise Venessa and Natalia who were extremely helpful. The spa is the best spa I have come across. No wonder it has won many awards over the years. The facilities are superb and the range of treatments very impressive The gardens are laid out in an oriental theme and are exquisite. The breakfast display is extensive and the food is of a high standard. This stay was for our 30th wedding anniversary and we received a lovely gift from the hotel being 12 rose flowers and fruit. We have stayed in many five star hotels over the years and we can say that this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in and we shall certainly come back Philip & Gaby Dhillon
