Superb Hotel
This was our first visit to this Hotel so were not sure what to expect even though we had heard a lot about it. Our room was facing across to the Tiede mountain which gave us several views during the day ie sun , clouds, mist, rain. When we first approached the Hotel we greeted by booted and suited door commissionaires An impressive start to an even more impressive holiday The hotel is excellent in every respect a great breakfast 3 pools wonderful spa and staff service The pasta in their restaurant was the best I have ever eaten The hotel have a regular courtesy bus to take you into Puerto de la Cruz which is otherwise about a 15 minute walk Great to walk down but lots of steps or a steep hill on the way back They have a regular programme of activities throughout each day and an excellent show on each evening
