This is with out doubt the best spa hotels on the island if not in the archipelago, the rooms are beautiful and well kept, the staff are well trained, efficient, polite and friendly. this is not a budget hotel but then you get what you pay for, from the moment of arrival with full car valet and porter service, the moment you leave nothing is to much trouble for the staff in this top class hotel. The room service is excellent, and the spa is just what the doctor ordered! indoor and out with a full range treatments and massages it is truly a place of relaxation. i Have been with my partner several time as we live on the island of tenerife so it's a busman's holiday just around the corner of the island to Puerto De la Cruz, Not a lot more to be said it is just a special place and we will be back.
