One of the best hotels we have stayed in

Although the weather was bad late October/early November, this fantastic hotel certainly made up for it. The Staff and management are hard working, friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, but still very professional. There is always a welcoming smile on their faces. The Hotel itself is has beautiful grounds to walk in. The spa is very professionally run and a pleasure to attend. There is a gym as well as a room for activities such as stretch excercises, tai chi. The hotel produces a newsletter mentioning different activities happening within the hotel if one wants to attend. There is a shuttle bus that can take people into Puerto de la Cruz and pick up. Taxis cost about 4 euros. We booked in for just Breakfast which we found amazing. The variety was incredible. Beds really comfortable. Rooms lovely and clean. Will definitely go there again.
