very unfriendly to pets and humans
This place is in the colder north side of the island, near a village and noisy road,miles from any kind of beach.A long queue discouraged waiting for eggs. My daughter has summed up our problems very accurately,I agree with her.The hostility emanating from the pr woman was very unpleasant. How this place is LHW listed I don't know.Avoid at all cost.

As for the climate, we kindly inform you that the north of the island, and especially Puerto de la Cruz, the town where we are located, is known for having one of the best climates in the world and that the hotel is situated in the quiet residential area called La Paz. As you may have read from other reviews, the breakfast service and the service provided in our hotel is greatly appreciated by our guests and we always receive many compliments and praises for it. We appreciate all the comments and suggestions our guests may wish to share with us as this allows us to improve our service even more but believe that comments should be reliable and not marred by particular insights of our management policy.
