Last minute booking

Having been booked for Egypt, we had to change to this hotel at last minute when flights cancelled. Transfer took just over an hour which was fine as you get private transfer to hotel. We were allocated two interconnecting rooms for me my husband and our two boys. This worked fine for us and rooms were lovely with separate bath and shower, balcony overlooking pool area and plenty storage. Lots of choice at breakfast and no long queues for food. Our kids loved feeding the fish and turtles in the pond. Pool area was fine but struggled to get long periods of sun due to trees. Can't fault the staff, everybody we can across was very friendly and helpful. We were aware that this is not a family hotel but then again it is not adults only. Lots of restaurant and supermarket within walking distance 5-10 mins but there was also a complimentary bus from hotel which ran in mornings and later in afternoon/evening taking you down to beach front area where there is lots of shops, restaurants, beach and water park. We really enjoyed our holiday and weather was perfect around 29c everyday.
