Hotel "just for me"

I loved this hotel for: • Beautiful garden! Respect for gardeners. Don't miss to see how swans feed golden fish in the pond; • Great view to the valley and mount Teide; • Good restaurants - Italian restaurant was my favourite, professional service and good food; • Hotel treated me so well! I was lucky to appear here on my birthday - lovely surprises from morning to evening; • We used to find macaroons or candies on our bed everyday :) ; • Beautiful interior of the hotel, lobby, restaurant - everything made with taste; • We used to go to the spa everyday - really loved it, children not allowed (they have their warm pool in the garden). Good pools and baths. Face therapist (sorry forgot the name but very pleasant local girl) has really "good hands". • Oh, forgot to say the SPA is for free for hotel‘s guests ;) • I liked the breakfast - good selection; • North Tenerife. Idyllic climate, +25C, no wind, lush vegetation, everything is blooming. We could not understand why it was out off season? What was "so so": • Receptionists in spa forced me to speak Russian. Everytime! Russian is not my native language. Neither their. Did they want to please me in such way? Instead of asking which language I prefer... • Car rental company the hotel work with is not worth of money paid. • Half of restaurants closed around, because it was off season time. Can anybody explain what‘s wrong with June's weather? Nevertheless, this is the hotel I will return when I am Teneriffe next time. According to Tripadvisor this hotel is "just for me" as No.1.
