Charm, Luxury and Style

This was our second visit to the Botanico. We love it. The hotel is not glitzy, but calm, relaxing and effortlessly charming. The staff are genuinely pleased to see you, always delighted to be of assistance should you need it and manage to be helpful and friendly in a fabulously professional, unobtrusive way. And if there is ever anything falling short of excellent they want to know about it so it can be quickly resolved. One morning they forgot our daily mineral water...but only once after we mentioned it to the housekeeper. Some of the bathrooms are not in the first flush of youth [forgive the pun] but they work. The spa is excellent. This, for us is the first place we think of when some serious R&R is required. And I haven't even mentioned the fantastic breakfasts...or the nightly entertainment in the main hall bar. Just go there!
