Excellent .Hotel & Service

We live in Tenerife in the South & my wife wanted to celebrate her ritrement so we booked this hotel for the weekend. Situated just outside the main area of Puerto De la Cruz but its only 15 minutes walk to the plaza from the hotel taxi back 4 euros . The room was excellent equipped with bath and separate shower twin sinks, very spacious bed very comfy slept really well . Service at reception excellent. Bell boy staff parked my car and took all luggage to the room , guys could not do enough for you. rang for a bucket of ice for our bubbly we took with us it arrived in less than 3 minutes why was I not surprised. When you look at the rates you may think its a little expensive but actually when you realise that includes your breakfast as standard and the use of the superb Spa facilities its actually cheap for a 5 star hotel. grounds were immaculate and the Koi carp were amazing plus black swans on the lakes in the grounds. I think we will be booking this again in the not to distant future.
