Excellent in every way

Stayed for a week of winter sun before Xmas. The hotel is so good it is not easy to identify a stand-out feature - but there is one! The Staff!! In every department, from dawn to lights out, everybody was pleasant,cheerful, helpful and provided great service. Special mention to Susannah in Il Pappagallo and La Palmera Real, also Irina always cheerful at breakfast. To show how good it was, the worst thing to mar our stay was that they ran out of ice cream cones one afternoon by the pool.
