Second time

After being delayed by Monarch for Eight hours glad to arrive. Second visit decided to go for birthday after going in September for Aniversary. Room as requested Hotel and staff good. spa great, weather good. Not impressed by Italian Restaurant we dine in some of the best in Chester and sorry this did not compare. Luxury and setting is second to none. However despite a reminder it was my Birthday celebration no complimentary Cava was forth coming despite others receiving it around us. Would recommend as it's total relaxation and good Restaurants can be found. However if British would avoid Regulo restaurant in the Town on busy nights as you will receive a different level of food and service to other nations . Botanic is great though may return sometime.
