Update on paradise.

My wife and I spent a week here last Easter. Our only gripe then was the very unreliable wifi in our room. We have just returned from another week there. Initially we had the same wifi problems but,on mentioning this at reception,a booster was installed in our room and we then enjoyed a good,strong signal. Everything else was as before,ie perfection! Very pleasant staff in all departments,wonderful cordon bleu meals in the three restaurants-Spanish,Oriental and Italian. Breakfasts too are magnificent! Décor everywhere is absolutely impeccable and tasteful. This time,there being no under 16s with us,we were able to visit the hugely impressive spa,with indoor and outdoor pools and many other facilities. There is a fairly frequent courtesy bus 5 and a half days out of 7 and a taxi either way is only c. 4/5 euros. Our room had a beautiful view of Mount Teide and the shower is a wonderful work of art! Unusually these days in Southern Europe,as it is erroneously called(being off the coast of Morocco!),we were able to enjoy BBC 1,2 and ITV. We truly cannot fault the hotel or its staff and have already booked TWO weeks there for next January! PS The extensive gardens are magnificent and perfectly maintained.
