Old school charm

Our second visit to the hotel was as good as the last time we were here in 2011. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and the spa here is supurb (well worth cost of treatments - we had 2 each, both excellent). The staff are what really set this hotel apart, all are excellent and nothing to much trouble - definitely 5* service. Unusually my other half and I have very differing views about the appearance of the hotel. My view is it needs a refit to maintain its 5* status, however my other half thinks it's definitely part of its charm. Regardless it's a wonderful experience staying here and you will enjoy it.
