Fantastic stay and spa!

We had an interconnecting family room, our 13 year old son was very happy with his room, and we had the other room. The staff at this hotel are outstanding. They could not do more of us. We had a welcome cocktail on arrival and when we asked to change the mattress in our room it really wasn't a problem. As you walk around the staff are engaging and friendly. The spa is really the outstanding feature of this hotel. The ladies in the spa are brilliant. The service and cleanliness next to none. The facilities excellent. I enjoyed a Japanese spa ritual and a pedicure, both of which were lovely. The staff so kind and friendly and attentive. The main swimming pool is lovely. We enjoyed swimming in it everyday. If you can igmore the slight rush for a sunbed and not be too bothered by the people who obviously have clear ideas of where they want to sit! We enjoyed breakfast everyday, the buffet is next to none. The freshly made crepes, omelettes and meats just delicious. Overall this is a first class first rate hotel. The only thing that lets it down are the slightly pompous customers! But if you want to relax and switch off this is definitely the place to go.
