An Outstanding Hotel

We arrived early evening and were immediately struck by the elegant surroundings and the warm welcome from Antonio and Toni Vera in reception. Toni was exceptionally helpful with sorting out a few issues and always greeted us warmly and by name. We tried all the restaurants and had excellent meals and service in each one. Meals were often memorable with a particularly good breakfast buffet. The grounds are truly lovely. Two black swans are nesting at the moment so look out for young soon. We can thoroughly recommend the Botanico but weather in the north of Tenerife is not always perfect-temperatures are fine but there is a lot of cloud.
