Great customer service!
we spent a part of our mid term break in mid Feb at the hotel. The hotel went out of their way to help us with our 2 rooms (we had to switch them), and were patient with us on this move. They were very helpful with helping us to secure a rental car at the last minute. They helped us get to the local hospital when one of our kids got sick, and called the hospital ahead of time to help smooth our way. They surprised our son as it was his 14th birthday with a small cake for him and champagne for me & my husband! The best element was that one of our kids left their wallet with money in it in the safe after we checked out - they contacted us about it, and mailed it back to us! Their customer service is fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great.
