Excellent Hotel
We went for a week with Thomson' A la Carte holidays and were extremely happy with the hotel which really is 5 star. It is indeed a beautiful hotel in every respect: the room, the public areas, the facilities and the Staff, always friendly, efficient and highly professional. Our room was very quiet, spacious and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. No queues and always plenty of tables free and cheery Staff to help. We loved also the espresso machine. We tried the Pappagallo and the Thai restaurants, both very good, especially the Thai though a bit pricey.The pool areas were fantastically quiet and the Spa was amazing.all in all a wonderful week at a great hotel. Only disappointment, and nothing to do with hotel itself, were the transfers from/to the airport which according to the holiday package with Thomson, were supposed to be in private taxis. Instead, 15 seater shared mini buses were used.
