Good stay
I guess the other reviews tell you most of what you need to know about the hotel itself, so I thought I'd add some practical info that we picked up: - The hotel is around a 15min walk down a fairly steep hill to the sea and centre of PdelaC. If you don't fancy the steep walk back up the hill, a taxi cost us €3.50 from the main square. - There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a very short walk of the hotel. The best nearby bars for us were La Vinoteca, Cerveceria City (good beer range) and Bar Meme opposite hotel. Best restaurants were Tirol and Pizzeria Ariana. - There is a full supermarket around 5 mins away, just down the hill on the main road. - The small car park tends to fill up by mid-late afternoon, if its full you park on the road. Parking is free. - We visited first week of March. The aircon is switched off in the hotel at this time of year....really bizarre for whats supposed to be a top hotel. It meant that it was very hot and stuffy at night. - Otherwise excellent.
