Very good hotel
The first contact is rather disappointing: the exterior appearance of the hotel is quite ugly. The decoration at the front desk is also quite old fashioned, and could use a refurbishment. The rooms are however pleasant and comfortable. But what makes this hotels a true luxury hotel is its excellent spa - with a nice thermal circuit and beautiful swimming pools in an Asian style garden. The hotel also has a beautiful park, perfectly maintained. The food at breakfast is very good. The wifi is free and fast. The service is excellent. The location is a bit outside of the center (15 -20 min walk), but there are plenty of restaurants around. All in all, an excellent choice for Porto Cruz and a very enjoyable hotel.
