We felt very spoilt!
Many reviews praise the range of facilities and customer-focused staff at this hotel, all of which we endorse. We found it difficult to find anything to fault. Yes, the bedroom was a little dated, but we like a hotel which is comfortably furnished rather than in an ultra modern style. Yes, the shower above the bath was showing signs of age but worked fine; and how many hotels offer a choice of four different pillow types to choose from? We liked the public rooms and the quiet unobtrusive service there and throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the evening entertainment - a different small group every night. We liked the display on each floor of Canarian artists' work, and the beautiful flower arrangements, as well as a generous gift of red roses sent to our room one evening. As far as we are concerned, it is a great hotel in beautiful grounds, and we would go happily go there again.
