Classy and friendly
Arrived by hire car on Sat April 2nd and valet parked for us , we were greeted with a fruit cocktail. Things just got better and better. Room had just been refurbished and was very comfortable. Dinner was delicious in every restaurant and the wine choices were superb. Breakfast was a great experience and the staff in every part of the hotel aimed to please at all times. One night in the bar we arrived to find no table where we could see the entertainment, one was set for us at once without any fuss, things like that just give this place the edge. Thanks to all the employees and management of the Botanico for your efforts.
