The staff were a real credit to the hotel
We stayed for week over easter 2016. The building is well maintained and while it looks a litttle dated from the outside it looks a whole lot better than some of the other hotels that are more centrally located in the middle of puerto de la cruz. Staff were fabulous and struck the right balance between professionalism and making us feel welcome. Restaurants a little pricey so we tended to eat in the places opposite the hotel. We didn't find a bad steak the whole time we were there. Check out tiede divers if you want to do some diving
