AMAZING ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Stayed for our honeymoon and wife birthday, having stayed in the Puerto de la Cruz before we had seen the hotel and so glad we stayed there. we will be back again. The facilities are second to none, the staff are all friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We booked direct with the hotel and got a far better deal than the operators where advertising. If you want a sea view you are better off on a floors 4 - 5. The ambassador suites are big enough, we did look at an senator suite and the 2 are very similar in size and spec. the rooms on the lower floors don't get as much a view. The spa area is very quiet and great to relax and the treatments are expensive but really good value for money, My wife was treated like a celebrity on her birthday with everyone giving her cards, champagne and gifts where ever she went. There is not better hotel in Tenerife, yes the weather is not always as good as the south of the island but the views and local area are worth it. 1st class all the way
