Almost perfect

This really is a beautiful hotel with superb spa facilities which anybody would enjoy. All the hotel's staff are exceptionally nice, well trained and professional - amongst the very best service we have ever encountered. We stayed for 4 nights half board and ecxperienced most of what the hotel has to offer from the putting green to the free courtesy bus into the centre if town, by way of all the restaurants. And, of course, the magnificent spa facilities including the superb sauna and beautiful Turkish bath. Really, this hotel is a class act. The only reason I couldn't give it full marks is the food, some of which is excellent but there were also some low points. Notably the lunch we had in the pool terrace bar - the worst pizza ever and a dire ceasar salad at full 5 star prices. Food in the proper restaurants was certainly better but there is a lack of consistancy and some was definitely below par. Overall, though, a great experience that we will quite possibly repeat.
