Such a good stay
We went for a sun break/ sun was on holiday most of the time... But the hotel compensated. It is such a relaxing place and the staff is so helpful and nice that we want to come back. No need to go to the botanical garden facing the hotel : the hotel has a marvellous one. Spa is great and restaurants perfect, in particular the Italian one. One downside : not very child friendly when kids are less than 4y... They cannot go to the children club and you need to be with them all day... Otherwise, please please please, pick this hotel if you want to relax!!!!

The majority of our clients who choose to stay with us for a relaxing break leave very positive feedback, and for this reason we are sorry to hear that your expectations were not met on this occasion. Our Mini-Club set the minimum age for participation in 4 years, since most activities are designed for those ages as they are fully inclusive and interactive at the same time that playful. Children younger ages require special care and get tired earlier, which would make impossible their participation in visits to the park and in certain workshops. We apologize for any inconvenience about this terms. However we have baby-sitter with supplement for parents who wish to leave their children with our professionals while enjoying the magnificent facilities of our Spa.
