Family friendly exceptional food

Just come back from a 7 night stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms and hotel are clean. The staff cannot help you enough and are very pleasant. A special thank you to Nuria, Carlos, Josi and Suzanne who looked after us throughout our stay. The food was spectacular especially at Il Pappagallo (Italian) and the Oriental (Chinese, Thai etc). We only got to eat once at the Oriental as it was closed all July which was disappointing despite the long wait for our food on opening night. Good variety of food available at breakfast and a special thank you to the cook responsible for the variety of eggs, pancakes and crepes. The outdoor pool was not the warmest due to the overcast sky but the kids enjoyed it. The Spa is lovely but it was a shame that we weren't allowed to take our kids in there as they were under 16. Had a Japanese Spa ritual and pain relief massage which was absolutely fantastic. Haven't felt that relaxed in a long time. Fun playing tennis, mini golf, table tennis and pool. Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
