Magical

What a wonderful fabulous holiday and experience at this beautiful hotel. IT far outlived my expectations. THe hotel itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and we were treated like royalty. At least that's how it felt. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and any request we had was dealt with immediately. Never before have I been to a hotel and loved it so much. The service we were given was exemplary and me and my partner enjoyed every single moment. We did not want to leave. everybody was so polite and welcoming. The spa was out of this world and again spotlessley clean and just perfect. We are already talking About going back next year as we loved it that much. The rooms are spacious and the beds so comfortable. All air conditioned which you can't even hear is on. the breakfast is like nothing I have ever known in any hotel including the 5* hotels in the UK. THere is everything you could possibly need and more and absolutely faultless. we ate in the oriental restaurant which again was out of this world. I just can not recommend this hotel enough. There was only one thing I would change and I am sure if I mentioned it then it would have been changed so I blame this on us not the hotel because we were expecting a garden or spa view but unfortunately due to the large palm trees over our balcony and restricting our view we would not see anything really. However this did not affect our stay. my partner had a birthday out there and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and a cake delivered to our room. it really was faultless and as I have said I can not recommend the Botanica enough.
