Fantastic family holiday

From initial contact with the hotel requesting adjoining rooms to checkout, the service received from this grand hotel was exceptional. We opted for a half board basis and loved all the restaurants and found the quality and variety of food to be excellent . The gardens are beautiful and the spa was an added bonus . It is a long (and steep ) walk down to the front which we found fairly disappointing but the shuttle bus was a very good service and allowed us to take the train to Loro Parque . A visit to the Siam water park is a must too ! We will definitely be back
