Total Service with a Smile

This hotel has it all. The staff are absolutely fantastic, providing excellent service across the whole day. The rooms are spacious and we had an excellent adjoining room with our two children and lovely views. Gardens were beautiful with a lake full of koi and turtles. Restaurants were very good and I would say fairly priced for the quality of food. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and there is absolutely no reason to get bored on any day otherwise you are not being adventurous with your taste buds. The Spa is amazing and an adults only area, but has extensive facilities with two outdoor pools and thermal indoor. They have treatments covering all manor of ailments from a relaxing massage to specialist treatment massages. As a family holiday we could not fault the hotel, they provided evening entertainment which with two young children they enjoyed when needed to be entertained. Pool is more than adequate and never felt it to be really busy. There is a free shuttle bus into town and you are close to a lot of amenities. There are several restaurants outside the hotel with La Magnolia topping the bill for excellent service and cuisine. We'd definitely consider coming back and truly felt we had a relaxing holiday, which was a lot to do with the care and attention the hotel provides.
