A wonderful, traditional, relaxing hotel with total 5 star service with a smile from all the staff

I have just travelled solo for 9 nights to this amazing, luxury hotel and spa. I was made to feel extremely special by all the staff who looked after me from the moment I checked in to my room until the time I departed. Hotel Botanico is a great base in the North of Tenerife to tour around the island. The fantastic bus service of Tenerife TITSA has bus stops right close (La Paz and Botanico) to the hotel which made it very convenient to go to Santa Cruz, Adeje and La Laguna (and other places) if you do not hire a car. The breakfast buffet is just an amazing spread and the choice of food with an abundance of fruit, eggs (anyway you want!), fresh bread and pastries - just too much to mention. I ate in the Oriental Restaurant one evening where the food and service is excellent too. I also went out to dinner to try a few other great local restaurants in the area close to the hotel in a 10 minute radius by taxi (Tito's Bodeguita, Lucas Maes, El Calderito de La Abuela). The Oriental Spa was fabulous and the 4 relaxing body treatments I had by Natalia were wonderful and great to have after spending an hour using the full spa therma circuit was just perfect! Fantastic to have the choice of using the additional outside quiet spa swimming pool to relax by that is for adults only - perfect! I have to say that all the front desk staff, the staff in the spa, the maids, and the restaurant staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. I cannot list all their names (too many to mention) but have to say an extra special thank you to the very lovely Sebastian, Laura and Pavel at the front desk with their advice and help organising my various trips around the beautiful island of Tenerife. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Botanico & The Oriental Spa Garden for making my stay so fabulous - I will return for more of the same again hopefully soon!
