staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly, facilities were out of this world. breakfast buffet had anything you could ever want. my first time in a 5 star hotel or a spa hotel and i hope won't be my last...i left completely relaxed. there was even a free buss from the hotel down the hill into puerto de la cruz which was particularly helpful for me as i'd hurt my knees and the walk down and back was extremely slow and painful. i would recommend this hotel to anybody. thank you for a great stay!!
