Our second visit was just as amazing as our first

We paid our second visit to this amazing hotel for a week in September 2016. The whole week and everyone involved was wonderful. The staff at Botanico can't do enough for you and the facilities are second to none. I would say this really is the best hotel we have ever stayed in world wide. The check in is friendly and smooth. The rooms are spotless and sumptuous, we had a wonderful view of the mountains and Teide. I loved the turn down service in the evening. We had room service for our breakfast this time which we didn't do last time as ever the table came complete with tablecloth, cotton napkins and a fabulous choice of bread and pastries along with tea and juice. The who;e hotel is decorated with beautiful statues and paintings and there is something to see round every corner. The aviary in the restaurant is wonderful. The gardens are just beautiful to stroll around in and again lots of surprises. We ate in the restaurants and the food is excellent quality and served beautifully. The spa area is very relaxing and scrupulously clean. All in all a wonderful week was spent here, we will be returning again and again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hotel Botanico for making our week away so lovely.
