POOR POOL RULE MANAGEMENT

10 out of 10 for all of the restaurants. Truly wonderful food and service. The beds in the rooms need upgrading, they are too soft and not good for your back. The spa and pool area should be very relaxing, but its not if you let the following bother you - as it did annoy me. The spa/pool staff are too nice to keep to the rules. People get away with reserving spa sunbeds as early as 8 am, and they return when ever they want - that could be after breakfast around 10 or 11 am, or even after lunch. Oh, the staff will help you find a bed if possible, but they will not clear property from unused beds!!! This is a shame, as this is a small area with few beds. Plus, watch out for the German bullies.
