Good quality hotel

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and the place is outstanding. The staff throughout are exceptional and dealt with all our requests in a friendly manner even from the requests we made by email before we had visited the hotel. The breakfast cannot be faulted in terms of quality or range of options. Simply outstanding. We only used one of the restaurants in the evening, the Italian which was excellent and we sat on the terrace. The gardens are pristine and without compare in any other hotel that we have stayed in anywhere in the world. This really is a place to come and relax and chill out. There are a number of restaurants near to the hotel with varying food quality and usually of the pizza and pasta variety. There is however a nice small but perfectly formed restaurant directly opposite the Botanico gardens entrance called Oliva. We ate there on our several occasions. Beds are a soft for me but my wife loved them. The hotel is very quiet at night except for the two nights when there were weddings on. We were close tot hat end of the hotel however it didn't interfer with our enjoyment. Our lady who cleaned the room most days was very good and managed to get in and out while we went for breakfast. The room was kept very well. Carlos, the barman, was brilliant with his evening demonstrations and samples of wine and cocktails. I can not think of a better place to stay in Tenerife. We were in room 322, which meant we had a very good view of the gardens and a glimpse of the sea.
