WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
This was our second visit to this amazing hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by friendly welcoming reception staff who arrange for your luggage to be taken up to your room by a lovely friendly porter. We were half board and all the restaurants are open until late at night. We usually booked to eat at 8.30pm and the food was lovely and cooked to order. The staff in all the 3 restaurants were really friendly and cater for your every need. I have to highlight that the lady who ran the Italian restaurant,who was an exceptional lady. Also the choice of food for breakfast catered for your every wish! We went to the Spa every evening and it was wonderful. The gardens are the most beautiful I have ever experienced. I have to say that every member of staff was so helpful and friendly. We are really looking forward to our next visit in February.
