A wonderful holiday

My wife and I are just back from a wonderful holiday at Hotel Botanico in Porto de la Cruz Tenerife. The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful. We had a Junior Suite which was huge, one room, but it was big and very comfortable. we looked out over the town to the ocean. The hotel have 4 restaurants, one by the pool for lunches etc., one Spanish, one Italian, and one Asian. the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help make the holiday a great experience. Porto de la Cruz is a lovely town, plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants the whole area is much more Canarian than the south of the Island,which we found much more pleasant. The Hotel and surrounding area are a wonderful place to rest and unwind.
