Wonderful hotel
We have just returned from a lovely holiday at this hotel. The staff are very attentive and the breakfasts are varied and plentiful. The spa and treatments are amazing and it is very relaxing down by the spa pools. The restaurants are very busy and the Spanish one had poor service and poor food. The hotel needs to be aware of lots of couples making sandwiches of ham,cheese and salad etc and cakes and buns. These are taken to their room fridge to eat at lunchtime when the rest of guests are eating at the pool side restaurant. Not too keen on Puerto la cruz but the hotel and gardens made up for it.
