Second visit to The Botanico

We have just returned after our second visit to this special hotel.....we love it....as with other customers we were greeted with a drink and then told our room was ready...which had been upgraded to a superior sea view suite. Well, we have stayed in some good 5 star hotels but this suite was lovely and suited us very well. We love the hotel food....the breakfast has improved tremendously since our first visit 3 years ago and we could find no fault with it. Love the Oriental restaurant...which is our favourite of the three restaurants. This hotel lives up to its standards, it is very friendly and very, very clean. We cant fault it and would return tomorrow. We love Puerto de la Cruz too.....it has charm and character. It is a hotel you are sad to leave as they make you feel at home and not just a room number. We hope to return in the not too distant future. Thank you to the staff for treating us to a lovely room and a relaxing holiday.
