Excellent hotel with a great Spa complex and good enteertainment
Excellent hotel with excellent service. The Spa complex (for ages 16+ though) is great, the kids club (just opened) is excellent. The water in the outside pool is 26 deg C, which was a little bit cold for our kids (2 daughters, 11, and 7). Live music every evening in the lobby at a very good level. Puerto de la Cruz is a nice and cozy town, taxi costs up to 5 Euro. Loro Parque is nearby as well (~10 Euro ride). Fresh water every day.
