Absolutely fantastic Hotel, Grounds, Amenities and Staff
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Great facilities, dining experience and location with good local restaurants, a 5 minute walk away or use the hotel's courtesy bus down to the town of Puerto De La Cruz. All staff wonderful, a credit to themselves and the Hotel. Beautiful gardens, lakes with carp, Black Swans, spa centre, treatments etc, AND the most fantastic 18 hole putting green and mini golf range!! We left the Hotel last week and have already booked for February 2017
