Wonderful stay again

We stayed at this excellent hotel in late September - it was my third time and the second time we had taken my mother with us as she enjoyed it so much last year. As most people have said the breakfast is amazing and to make it even better this year they had a chocolate fountain 😀. We had a family room overlooking the main pool which was excellent for us and it was lovely to see the mountain in the morning. The room as well as the hotel was spotless through out and the hotel has English TV channels. We visited Loro Parqe twice and the hotel was able to reserve us a mobility scooter in advance which was a great help. This time we used the spa services and I had the most amazing manicure whilst my husband spent the majority of his time in the jacuzzi pools. We also ate a few meals at the pool bar and these were excellent every time. The service of the staff is simply outstanding and they cannot do enough to help you. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year but my sister and her family are joining us as well as they want to experience for themselves this wonderful hotel.
